Welcome to Egypt!

Today we greet you at Cairo International Airport and transfer you to your room at the Kempinski Nile Hotel. This evening we will host a welcome dinner for our guests.

After a visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum, we visit the Giza Plateau and the Kemet art shop. Here we will have a hands-on discussion about Egyptian instruments. Later there will be an optional ATV ride to see the desert stars. 

We start the morning with a visit to the Serapeum and the Tomb of Ty. We will then have a private visit to the Pyramid of Unas to learn the sacred knowledge present in the Pyramid Text. Next we will go to the resonant niches of the Heb Sed court and review the steps taken to ensure the vitality of an aging pharaoh.

Today we have a morning visit to the National museum of Egyptian Civilization. We will then visit the Hanging church, the Cave church and the Coptic museum. This afternoon we take a stroll down El Moez street and visit Khan el Khalili bazaar. Tonight we experience trance like states reached through traditional music at Al Ghuria.

Today we fly to Upper Egypt. After checking in to the luxurious Movenpick Aswan Hotel we will take a walking tour of a Nubian village where we will experience the sounds of old Nubia. Here we will discuss the significance of huge bodies of water, like the Nile, on sound and energy.

Today we visit Philae and discuss the Egyptian Neter, Isis, who is the physical representation of magic and medicine for the purposes of healing. We will also visit the Aswan Botanical Garden and the spice market to discuss the healing vibrations of plants. Later we board our Nile cruise.

In Ancient Egypt medicine

and surgery developed mostly in temples as priests were also doctors or surgeons. Today we discuss some of the treatment instruments as depicted on the walls of Kom Ombo and how the priests built channels in the temple for sound. Later we visit Edfu to review the recipes for sacred oils used in temple rituals.

In the Valley of the Kings you will have the opportunity to visit the tomb of Seti I which houses an early relief showing the process of meditation and instructions on achieving higher states of consciousness. As we continue to sail the Nile's West Bank we will visit Hatshepsut, Karnak and Luxor temples.

Here we discuss the process of transforming a Pharaoh to a god, specifically, Osiris. We walk through the steps as they are laid out in Seti's temple. The 7 chapels that we visit each relate to ascending physical and spiritual states, like chakras. You will learn the prescription given to the pharaoh for mastering the self

Today we study the goddess Hathor and her role in Egypt and the cosmos. Similarly, we discuss our role on Earth and in the cosmos as we gaze on the astrological ceilings and walk ancient crypts which reveal the importance of harmony in the illumination of everything.

What makes the Great Pyramid different than any of the other structures you've seen on this trip? The walls are silent! There are no hieroglyphs. Today we will have private time to sit in the Great Pyramid and tune into the universe around us.
